The reliance on phone-based intake was creating a bottleneck and increasing the risk of manual errors.
The Bucky Agency identified that the solution wasn't just 'better management,' but better input data. We built a custom intake form directly on their website that integrates seamlessly with their internal system. Instead of staff typing while cradling a phone, customers now input their own data securely online. This integration instantly eliminated the need for 300+ monthly calls, allowing the data to flow automatically into the system and freeing the staff to focus on guests rather than data entry.
